I’m a graduate student using Matlab R2017a (license XXXXXX, student-standalone, academic-total headcount, master license XXXXXXXX). For some reason, I can’t launch Matlab when I am not connected to the internet (the software gets stuck on the blue introduction screen with the MATLAB logo). I have no problem starting Matlab when online. Could anyone advise me on what to do?
