MATLAB: Is MATLAB not included on the Prerelease trial

I've requested a prerelease trial, but the trial does not appear to contain a MATLAB seat, and therefore I am unable to install it. How do I get a MATLAB seat on my prerelease trial?

When you request a prerelease trial, the products contained on the trial are the products that are on your MATLAB license. If the licenses you are associated to do not contain MATLAB seat, then your prerelease trial will not contain a MATLAB seat either.

Although most MATLAB licenses require a MATLAB seat to be present, some licenses do not. The most common license which does not contain a MATLAB seat is a TAH child license. If you have a TAH child license but are not associated to the TAH license itself, then your prerelease trial will not contain a MATLAB seat.

To resolve this issue, contact the administrator of your MATLAB license and request to be added to the license. Once you are associated to a license which contains a MATLAB seat, any prerelease trial you request will include a MATLAB seat.
