MATLAB: Am I unable to access the License Center through the MathWorks Account

I am unable to access the License Center from my MathWorks Account. When I click on the "Manage My Licenses" link, nothing happens, or I recieve an error message.

If the License Center does not load correctly, this could be an issue with your temporary Internet files. As a workaround, you can try the following steps:
1) Click "Log Out" in the upper-right hand corner to log out of your MathWorks Account.
2) Clear your web browser's cache and cookies. For instructions, consult your web browser's documentation.
3) Close your web browser.
4) Reopen your browser and log into your MathWorks account here:
www.mathworks.com/licensecenter
