Why am I repeatedly asked to enter my proxy settings when I try to download MATLAB using the R2014a Installer?

If you are unable to enter your proxy settings an alternate method of download is required.
If you are the Administrator on a license you will be able to download the ISO. A link to the ISO file can be found at the bottom of the page which initiates the download of your MathWorks software.
If you are not the Administrator, please contact the Admin for your license, or contact MathWorks Support for assistance.
