MATLAB: What is the purpose of the checkbox in the left side of the baseline files captured for iterations in test manager

I am going through the workflow described here:

and so I have my test case setup as shown in this image:

I noticed that only 1 baseline file is selected, even though I have all my baseline files linked to my iterations (as shown in the Table Iteration).

What is the purpose of the checkbox in the left side of the baseline files captured for iterations in test manager?

Does this mean that all of my iterations will be compared to the single checked baseline?

The baseline file that is linked to each iteration in "Table Iterations" overrides the checkbox selection from "Baseline Criteria". You can verify that this is the case by checking the "Results and Artifacts" view to see which baseline file was used for running the test:
