A few days ago, I update my matlab. However, it didn't finish and gave a message that connection is abnormal. And then I click the MATLAB, it cannot be opened. Also, I can't uninstall it. Please help me. Thanks!1123.jpg

It seems like your installation might not have been completed fully. Try re-installing MATLAB. This comprehensive installation guide could be useful to you.
Further, from your snapshot, "libmwfl.dll" is often associated with errors related to Graphics Card Driver. To ensure if this indeed is the case, run the command - 
matlab -softwareopengl
If MATLAB runs properly now, then update your Graphics driver to the most recent compatible version to solve your problem.
