MATLAB: NCfileからデータを読み取る方法

data importMATLABncfilenetcdf日本語

NCfileからデータ(144×73)を取り出したいのですがうまくいかず、ご存知の方いらしましたら教えて頂きたいです。 以下ファイルの内容です
