MATLAB: Is the license not showing up in the License Center

I am in the "Licenses" section of the License Center, but there is no row for the license number that I am looking for.

If a license does not show up in the License Center, try the following solutions to resolve the issue:
- Click your name in the upper-right hand corner (next to My Account) and make sure you are logged in with the correct email address.
- Clear your web browser's cache and cookies. For instructions, consult your web browser's documentation.
- If you are the Licensed End User and you have the Activation Key, try to add the license in the License Center using the instructions in the Related Solution below, "How do I link myself to a license in the License Center?"
