MATLAB: I cannot associate the account with a license (academic version)

I would like to associate my account with a license (academic version), but I always get the message “Your MathWorks Account e-mail address is not authorized to use this license. Make sure you are using an e-mail address associated with your organization. Please contact your license administrator for assistance.”. However, the mail account I used is associated with my organization. Please tell me how can I do for this problem?

My first step would be to contact your license administrator for assistance, as the message suggests. If you're not sure who your license administrator is, your IT staff should know (since someone in IT probably is the administrator.) If you don't have an IT staff, or if you are the license administrator, contact Technical Support using the Contact Us link in the upper-right corner of this page.
