I am a STUDENT from the University of Pisa. My University offers the chance to have a TAH Student and a TAH Campus. During the registration process, I associated the wrong activation key (I copied the one referring to the TAH Campus, and not the one referring to the TAH Student). Now if I try to enter the correct activation key (1XXXX-1XXXX-8XXXX-6XXXX-7XXXX) the following error message is shown:
"Errors
Your MathWorks Account e-mail address is not authorized to use this license. Make sure you are using an e-mail address associated with your organization. Please contact your license administrator for assistance."
It is not possible to register again and associate the correct activation key because I already successfully registered. What can I do to get my license?
