MATLAB: How can I change the current axes in a GUI

Hi, how can I change the current axes in a GUI? I try to use the line function, but I don’t know how to activate the right axes for plotting in the wanted figure. I guess, there should be a simple solution, but I can’t find.

Here's one example:

axes(handles.axes2); %set the current axes to axes2

axes(h) makes existing axes h the current axes and brings the figure containing it into focus. It also makes h the first axes listed in the figure's Children property and sets the figure's CurrentAxes property to h. The current axes is the target for functions that draw image, line, patch, rectangle, surface, and text graphics objects.

The problem has been solved. main *.m file has to have the ylim function before plotting which controls the plotting. and then either you can copy the axes from figure or call the figure in GUI, both worked.

In your code, there is ' gui_OpeningFcn', @transmision_en_vivo_OpeningFcn, it has updated guidata(hObject, handles).

function pushbutton1_Callback(hObject, eventdata, handles)
% hObject    handle to pushbutton1 (see GCBO)
% eventdata  reserved - to be defined in a future version of MATLAB
% handles    structure with handles and user data (see GUIDATA)
h = animatedline(handles.axes1);
axis([0 4*pi -1 1])
for x = linspace(0,4*pi,10000)
    y = sin(x);
    addpoints(h,x,y)
    drawnow limitrate
end

In your code, you just need to specify the axes in line=animatedline(handles.axes1).

forgot to mention that, it is better to specify the axes for axis([muestra-10,muestra,0,360])

axis(handles.axes1,[muestra-10,muestra,0,360])
