MATLAB: Finding unknown lower limit of a known integral

I need to find the lower limit of an integral based on a known value. My equation is as follows:
= 0.0922
I have been unable to successfully use integral(), fzero(), or int() so solve this and need some direction. Thanks

There seem to be some issue if gamma < 0. The following code restricts gamma > 0.
int_term = @(gamma) integral(@(y) (1/100)*(1./y).*exp(-y/100), gamma*(gamma>0), inf);
sol = fzero(@(x) int_term(x) - 0.0922, 1);
