Is there any way to sell our program which was developed in MATLAB, with MATLAB Compiler or MATLAB Coder etc? If yes, are there something limitations?

If you used a Standard license (also known as Professional or Commercial) then Yes, you may sell the program, provided it does not essentially duplicate a function of MATLAB. No royalty would need to be paid.
If you used a Student licence or Home license, then NO.
If you used an Academic licence then you cannot sell to the public, but if you happen to be in a situation where your unit has to "support itself" through internal chargebacks, then talk to Mathworks, there might potentially be some leeway for that.
The only entity that can answer that question with any kind of authority is Mathworks, so you should ask them directly.
My understanding is that you are not allowed to sell any code (compiled or not) that you've developed with an academic license (unless you also purchase a commercial license).
I would think that a video tutorial on matlab, however, you're free to sell.
"Not ready to equip your school? Start with an individual license. MATLAB Student: starting at USD 49"
which might imply that a Student license could be used by a Primary or Secondary staff -- which is a possibility that I donot see listed in the license terms or FAQ.
