In a \subsubsection, I'm describing a software component, and I have to describe the classes it is composed of. I'm thinking to add some "titles" like "Class 1", "Class 2", but what's the best way to do this?
The simple way I know is to put a \noindent \textbf{myTitle}, is there a smarter way?
Thoses sub-titles don't go in the index, but it is important they are clearly distinguishable
You can use the titlesec package to change the way \paragraph formats the titles and set the secnumdepth counter to four to obtain numbering for the paragraphs:

If you want to define a new sectioning command, you can take a look at Defining custom sectioning commands.
If you want to define a fresh new sectional unit below \subsubsection, but above \paragraph, then you will have to do considerably more work: a new counter has to be created and its representation has to be appropriately defined; the sectional units \paragraph and \subparagraph will also have to be redefined, as well as they corresponding \l@... commands (controlling how the will be typeset in the ToC if the tocdepth value is increased); also, the toclevel (for eventual bookmarks) will have to be considered.
Here's an example showing how to obtain this new sectional unit giving you now the option to use \part, \section, \subsection, \subsubsection, \subsubsubsection, \paragraph, and \subparagraph:

Although not much bad happens in most cases if you break the rules, you should use \paragraph below \subsubsection. Despite its rather unfortunate name \paragraph and \subparagraph are part of the section level hierarchy and unrelated to paragraphs of text.
LaTeX is designed so that you can mark up sectional units and decide separately what level of sectioning is reflected in the table of contents, and what level is numbered.
If you set the counters secnumdepth or tocdepth above 4 then you will bring in the paragraph level and the omitted subsubsection level 3 will be more obvious.

The standard classes provide the additional sectioning commands
\paragraphand\subparagraphbelow the\subsubsectionlevel. By default, these levels are unnumbered, aren't included in the table of contents and are typeset in "runin" style, i.e., without a vertical space between level title and following text.For a general overwiew of sectioning commands, see section 2.7 of lshort.
