It seems that after recent upgrade MikTeX move documentations of many standard packages for tables to some new folder with yet unknown name. Do anyone know name of this folder or how to find them?

If you choose "Install missing packages on-the-fly: Ask me first", MiKTeX will ask you each time whether a package should be installed for all users or only for you. That way you can install all packages into the main MiKTeX admin folder.
The bug will not be fixed for 2.8: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=3427919&group_id=10783&atid=110783. So you should better try to find out how to install and use 2.9. If it doesn't work due to a bug: Make a bug report so that it can be fixed.

In the recent upgrade of the MikTeX bundle to version 20.12 was changed name of folder
toolswhere were collected packages among others for tables styles (array,dcolumn,hhline,longtable,tabularx) tolatex-tools. Folder for styles is in.../MikTeX/tex/latexand for its documentation in.../MikTeX/doc/latex.Note: folders
toolsstill exist, bit they are empty.Thank you very much to all, who helped me to find this changes.
