MATLAB: Without resize and zero padding how can I divide the image 1153*493 into equal sized blocks. please give any suggestion for me

With this image block, I have to extract the features and fed into SVM. as you have already mentioned that image blocks are unequal in size the feature extraction is not accurate .what should I do now.please give any solution
