MATLAB: Where is vrrotvec,m, etc.

vrrotvec

I find on line that matlab functions vrrotvec, vrrotvec2mat would be useful. I have 8.5.0.197613 (R2015a), including a lot of toolboxes. I do not find these simple functions.

Method two: from powers of ten:
