MATLAB: When installing SB2SL 2.6.5 for R2006b for the first time why do I receive a message that SB2SL has already been installed

I have not installed SB2SL 2.6.5 yet, however when I perform an installation of it I receive the following message:
 The following products are already installed in the selected folder: SB2SL (converts models to Simulink)
 Would you like to overwrite SB2SL (converts models to Simulink)?

This enhancement has been incorporated in Release 2006b+ (R2006b+). For previous product releases, read below for any possible workarounds:
In R2006b, SB2SL (ver 2.6.5 ) is not available for installation with the regular MATLAB installer on Windows platforms.
This installer issue can be worked around by using using the zip files attached to this Solution:
1. For Windows 32 bit download the attached sb2sl_win32.zip. For Windows 64 bit download the attached sb2sl_win64.zip.:
2. Unzip the downloaded .zip into $MATLABROOT
3. Start MATLAB
4. On the MATLAB menu, select File.
5. Select Set Path
6. Click Add Folder
7. Browse to $MATLABROOT/toolbox/sb2sl and select it. The Folder edit box should display sb2sl.
8. Click OK.
9. Click Save.
10. Now SB2SL is installed and added to the MATLAB path.
