Do I need different passcodes to install the 64 bit version of MATLAB?

In order to install the 64-bit version of MATLAB, you will use the same code provided to you for the 32-bit version of MATLAB. If you are installing MATLAB R2008a or higher via the Internet you will neot require a passcode to install the 64 bit. Your login information and/or passcodes remain the same regardless of the architecture.
If you compile an application in a 32-bit architecture, the virtual memory of the compiled application doesn't take advantage of the 64-bit architecture. The total virtual memory is still the same.
