MATLAB: Using Rainflow Counting Algorithm

I am a new Matlab user interested in using Dr. Nieslony's Rainflow Counting Algorithm that he contributed through file exchange. Would someone be kind enough to provide me a step-by-step procedure for inputing a set of data points into his algorithm and running the program?

I think the help file is reasonable explaining what to do. Open index.html and follow the directions. Also, open the demos and look at what is going on in them.

it was an error from my side. I had downloaded Vincent's MATLAB toolbox a couple of years ago for use and it had a bundleAdjustment function call that overrode the MATLAB function.
