MATLAB: Undefined functions ‘bboxOverLapRatio’ and ‘graph’

Question

I am using Matlab R2013a and trying to run the following tutorial.

But I get Undefined function error for 'bboxOverLapRatio' and 'graph' function. Which version of Matlab (or which version of vision toolbox) supports this ?
