MATLAB: Transfer function of the given circuit

Question

How can I obtain a transfer function of uout(t) and uin(t) ? (Ramp=inf) Is there any way to find it using MATLAB/Simulink ? I need to take the Laplace transform of these equations and manipulate them algebraically to derive the required transfer function.

The circuit and some descirbing equations are attached.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Taking the Laplace transforms of your equations are straightforward either manually or with the Symbolic Math Toolbox.
