Dear Siddha,
This could be a way to get your result:
  1. Detect all the objects in the image. (<http://www.mathworks.com/discovery/object-detection.html website>)
  2. Analyse each object if there is an infection.This could be done here.
  3. Then you can construct an image with only the leaves that have an infection.
