MATLAB: Searching for string in MATLAB Answers

Is there a way to search the Answers site for a thread containing a given string when you don't know whether the string appeared in a question, answer, or comment? For example, is there a way to condense the following three separate searches down to one?

 contributor: "Matt J"  question: "bintprog" 
 contributor: "Matt J"  answer: "bintprog" 
 contributor: "Matt J"  comment: "bintprog"

According to the documentation (link):

 To exclude files from your search results, insert a minus sign (-) before
 the directive syntax. For example, the syntax -tag:game excludes all files
 with the tag game.

Example for the contents in the "Search Answers" field:

tag:homework -tag:"doit4me"

This displays all threads with the tag "homework" and without the tag "doit4me".

Or:

-tag:"doit4me" -contributor:"Walter Roberson"

These are the threads, which have not been tagged as "doit4me" and in which Walter did not post any message.

You cannot put options immediately after Beq. When you pass the options structure, there needs to be a slot for x0 between Beq and options.
