MATLAB: Save images in a loop

I currently have a program that creates an image and then saves it in a folder. (uiputfile) it works, but I need a way to do the same but continuously using a loop. I need the program to go through completely and at the end save the file and then do the same again. Each time the file will have a different name. I have a name giving function that saves it it nameString. Also I have the location folder using the cd function. I just need the images to be saved without me having to hit the save button.

folder = pwd; % Wherever your input images are stored.
outputFolder = fullfile(folder, '/renamed'); % Can be the same as the input folder if you want.

If you want to save the renamed files in a different folder, use imwrite(), otherwise if you want to rename in the same folder use movefile().

See FAQ: Import sequence of files . You cannot import "all files at once", but you import one after the other in a loop.

Folder  = 'C:\You\Folder';
DirList = dir(fullfile(Folder, '*.SAWS'));
for iFile = 1:numel(DirList)
   File = fullfile(Folder, DirList(iFile).Name);
   ... import the contents of the file and do what you want
end
