Why do I receive "MathWorks Account Unavailable – Technical Issue" when trying to link or verify myself to a Campus Wide license using Identity Management?

This error can occur if you have not accepted the Online Services Agreement. To resolve, sign into your MathWorks Account from a different browser and accept the Online Services Agreement.
If this does not resolve the error, or if you have already accepted the Online Services Agreement, please reproduce the error, and when you are on the page that says "MathWorks Account Unavailable" please open the link below in the same browser.
