MATLAB: R2011a Mac OS X Menu

Colleagues, it's written that new release has it's menu integrated into global mac menu. I've installed. Menu is not integrated… What to check ? Latest release of snow leopard, freshly downloaded R2011a.

After investigations by Mr. Cyclist and Ken Atwell the solution was found. Stateflow blocks menu integration in Mac OS X.
