MATLAB: Plotting a discrete impulse in Simulink

Question

I am trying to plot a discrete impulse, but the plot is not that expected. The values of y should be 10 for x = 1, and 0 otherwise but instead y has a value of 10 for all x less than 1 and is 0 otherwise.
