I would like some clarification on the documentation of the Weighted Sample Time block on what sample time is it using. The documentation does not make it clear whether it is referring to the sample time of the input signal or of the overall model.

We have verified that documentation on the Weighted Sample Time block is not clear in that it does not explicitly specify which sample time the block is using.
The sample time, Ts, that the block uses is the step size of the fixed-step solver and not of the input signal. Note that the Weighted Sample Time block can only be used with fixed-step solvers.
