MATLAB: Is there a way to directly convolute these systems or do i need to work on the math part and then use the convolution function

How could I calculate the response of this system to x[n] by using conv function and then plotting y[n] by using stem command. (length of system x(n) should be 6 and length of system h(n) should be 9)
