MATLAB: Is the output of the permanent magnet synchronous machine under rotational or stationary frame in SimPowerSystems 5.7 (R2012b)

The documentation of the permanent magnet synchronous machine block states that "all quantities in the rotor reference frame are referred to the stator." What does this mean? In addition, is the output of the machine under a rotational or stationary frame?

All rotor parameters are first referred to the stator, and then all these parameters are transformed from the abc axes to the qd axes (rotor reference frame). More specifically, for a machine, we have abc stator parameters and abc rotor parameters. When we analyze a machine, we firstly refer all abc rotor parameters to the abc stator side, then we transform all these abc quantities onto the qd reference frame (in this case, it is the rotor reference frame).
