MATLAB: Is MATLAB 7.4 (R2007a) supported on Red Hat Release 5.0 (Kernel Version 2.6.18)

I want to know whether MATLAB 7.4 (R2007a) is supported on Red Hat Release 5.0 (Kernel Version 2.6.18). Also, I would like to know if it is qualified to run under a Xen virtual machine or if there will be problems with virtualizing hardware.
