MATLAB: In which Matlab release was the hNBCellSearch function introduced

I can't seem to find information regarding the function hNBCellSearch advertised in a example demodulation process for NB-IoT. Which Matlab release was this introduced in? I currently run 2018b, and I don't have this function available.

I suspect it was probably introduced in the same release as this example was introduced, as this is the only hit when I searched the documentation for its name. It's listed as a helper file in the appendix of that example.
According to the Release Notes I suspect you'll need release R2019b or later.
