MATLAB: Where are the functions saveCompactModel / loadCompactModel

I understand that the functions saveCompactModel / loadCompactModel are a part of the Statistics and Machine Learning toolbox. I have that installed as well as Matlab Coder but when I try to use either functions, I get the following : Undefined function or variable 'saveCompactModel' (or 'loadCompactModel'). What am I missing? Thanks in advanced for any help.

According to the notes at the bottom of their online documentation pages, these two functions were introduced in release R2016b. I suspect you are using an earlier release.
