MATLAB: How to use regular Axes within App Designer: a LinkAxes problem

Question

Linkaxes and Linkprop functionalities are not supported using UIFigure in App Designer. For this reason I was following the suggestion provided by

MathWorks Support Team here. Unfortunately, I don't know how to continue creating regular axes in App Designer. Can you please extend the example?
