that you can look at multi-dimensional data with, but it depends what you mean by visualise the entire 3d picture. Clearly in any such visualisation parts of it would be hidden from view unless you wish to project it onto 2d.
MATLAB does not have very good 3D volumetric visualization capabilities. You're pretty much limited to cutaway views and isosurfaces, unless you want to write something custom. You can use a professionally designed program for 3D volume visualization likeAvizo to achieve superior visualizations.
