MATLAB: How to get add-ons in MATLAB R2015b

In MATLAB R2015b, when I click on Add-Ons -> Get Add-Ons, it opens the Add-On Explorer, but I see a page stating that "Add-On Explorer is no longer available for this release".
How can I access the Add-On Explorer as well as download the add-ons I need in MATLAB R2015b?

The Add-On Explorer has been turned off in MATLAB R2015b.
Consider downloading and installing a more recent MATLAB release to continue using the Add-On Explorer:

Or, manually downloading the required add-ons directly from File Exchange:

Upgrading your MATLAB
To upgrade to a newer version of MATLAB, you must be current on MathWorks Software Maintenance. Check for eligible releases and download from Downloads:

Manually installing add-ons
