MATLAB: How to convert the dimesion of a matrix from 1 m n to m n

dimensionsize;

I have a matrix with the dimension of 1x360x180. How do I convert it to a new matrix with the dimension of 360×180?

vec = squeeze(yourMatrix);

Here are some options.

Compute and plot the maximum value at each pixel:

imagesc(max(a100,[],3))

Compute and plot the minimum value at each pixel:

imagesc(min(a100,[],3))

Compute and plot the sum of all the images:

imagesc(sum(a100,3))

Compute and plot the average of all the images:
