Hello, I want to know how can I contact to MATLAB Support of another country or someone with a high position in Mathworks directly. It is about a problem that I couldn't solve myself and didn't receive any solutions to fix it.
In short, my problem is about activation. I can download, install and activate my MATLAB R2016b as normal but thing is, when I try to run MATLAB, it continues to ask me to activate my version. I have legitimate license and I am the ONLY user on my computer (which makes me administrator automatically). Despite these, I cannot use my MATLAB.
I bought this version when I was living in Turkey and since then, I moved to England and bought a new computer. It is this computer that I am having my activation problem. Just because my billing address is Turkey for my release, MATLAB Support forwards my problem to Mathworks' representative (which is Figen Mühendislik). Through completing the form in MATLAB Support, I explained and sent my problem to this representative multiple times. However, automated emails from my email provider Yahoo state that this email address (email address of the representative stored in MATLAB Support) is invalid and therefore, none of my email couldn't been sent.
As a result of this, I visited directly the website of this representative and fill up another form to explain my problem. More than a week passed since then but I haven't heard anything from them. I don't know if they are simply ignoring me or really none of the emails I sent didn't reach to them. So, in order to solve my problem, I must contact MATLAB Support of another country (preferably the support of England) or I must contact an authority in Mathworks directly. Because, neither people in MATLAB answers nor MATLAB Support of Turkey seem to be helping me.
How can I contact either of these? I really need to solve my problem and continue using my MATLAB. I need it for my research, my research is being hampered because of this problem.
