According to the supported compiler information found at

The GCC compiler is supported on the Solaris platform. When I run

mbuild -setup

I do not see GCC listed as one of my options.

We have verified that there is an error in the documentation on the Web site. The GCC compiler is not supported on the Solaris platform.

When you click on Fortran you are asking it to configure for Fortran, but you do not have Fortran installed.

I do not know why it is not listing a way to use SDK 7.1.

Could you expand on why you are not using Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Professional (C) since you have it?

On the 64-bit Linux platform, the following compilers and products are supported:

For MEX with MATLAB 7.0.4 (R14SP2), Simulink 6.2 (R14SP2) and Stateflow 6.2 (R14SP2),

 Linux 64 gcc 3.3.1
 Linux 64 g77 3.3.1

are supported.

For the MATLAB Compiler 4.2 (R14SP2) and Real Time Workshop 6.2 (R14SP2),

 Linux 64 gcc 3.3.1

is supported.
