In the matrix T we have cluster from cluster0 to cluster8 and the matrix Y we have 8 elements.
I need ?
To replace cluster0 in matrix T with first element in matrix Y and also cluster1 in matrix T with second element in matrix Y
and also cluster 2 in matrix T third element matrix Y cluster 3 in matrix T four element matrix Y
likes this until cluster 8 matrix T and element number 8 in matrix Y

Your ‘T’ matrix must become a cell array. See my sample of ‘T’ for an example.
Once you do that, I would do something like this:
