MATLAB: Draw a circle in a grid

I have following diagram

I have divided this 100*100 space in 36 grids..6 grids in each row.How could I draw a circle by taking 4 square grids..like

Here's a function to draw circles:

function circle(x,y,r)
%x and y are the coordinates of the center of the circle
%r is the radius of the circle
%0.01 is the angle step, bigger values will draw the circle faster but
%you might notice imperfections (not very smooth)
ang=0:0.01:2*pi; 
xp=r*cos(ang);
yp=r*sin(ang);
plot(x+xp,y+yp);

If you want to add circles you must insert the command

hold on

before the circles being added.

Save this code with filename 'circle.m'

Then create a new m-file

Save this code with filename 'circles.m'

And about how to use it.

After you save the files, you can call it from command window.

Just type 'circles(any diameter)'

Eq : circles(5);

Note that this function works well with odd number.
