MATLAB: Do I receive an error when installing the VR Viewer in Virtual Reality Toolbox

Simulink 3D Animation

When I try to install the VR Viewer, I first see:
Do you want to use OpenGL or Direct3D acceleration? (o/d)
I choose "d" and click the "next" button in the "Welcome" window, and also on the "I agree" button in the license window.
Then I see a progress bar for the unpacking of the installation files, and when it reaches 99%, I see a popup window with the error message:
Setup has detected that unInstallShield is in use. Please close unInstallShield and restart setup.

This issue is due to InstallShield interference.
To work around this issue, try the steps given in the following URL:
If the above does not help, you can use our standalone viewer that is shipped together with Virtual Reality Toolbox called "Orbisnap." It is a standalone version of the Virtual Reality Toolbox internal viewer, and it can be found under:
$MATLABROOT \toolbox\vr\orbisnap\bin\orbisnap.bat
(where $MATLABROOT is the MATLAB root directory on your machine, as returned by typing:
matlabroot
at the MATLAB command prompt.)
You can make a shortcut to this file or you can copy the "Orbisnap" directory where you need it. You can also distribute it to anyone, or let people download it separately from the following URL:
