MATLAB: Do I get ‘ Error: License check out error for Signal Processing blockset ‘ when I use the Discrete FIR filter block from Simulink 7.3 (R2009a) Library on the Windows Vista Machine

I have a simple model which uses Discrete FIR Filter block from the Simulink Blockset. I set the filter structure to 'direct form symmetric'. When I run the model, I get the error 'Unable to check out license for Signal Processing Blockset'. I do not have license for Signal processing blockset.
I am using Windows Vista Machine.

In the block dialog, it is stated that 'A Signal Processing Blockset license is required to use a filter structure other than Direct Form'. This requirement is also mentioned in the block help page (documentation).
