MATLAB: Can’t I activate the R2012a prerelease after downloading a the DVD ISO

I have downloaded the DVD ISO for the R2012a prerelease, but after downloading, there is no prerelease license ID in my installer or in the "Manage Trials, Prerelases and Betas" section of my account.

This issue has been reported to our development staff, who are currently investigating the problem.

To work around this issue, start the prerelease download using the standard download option, then cancel. This will create activation data for your prerelease and allow you to use the DVD ISO to install.
