MATLAB: Can I not download a certain support package

When downloading or installing a support package from the internet, I am able to select it from the list of support packages, but the option to download it is grayed out.  Why can I not download the specific support package I need?

There could be several reasons as to why you would not be able to download a support package:
1) You must have the toolbox which supports the hardware in question installed on your machine.
2) You must be on a supported platform.
3) Some support packages are not available for web-installers.
