MATLAB: Are some of the standard Simulink blocks incorporated in Simscape 3.2 (R2009b) as well

I would like to incorporate some of the standard Simulink library blocks such as Integrator (with Reset option), Dynamic saturation, Rate limiter, Dynamic rate limiter, Relay etc in the Simscape Library in Simscape 3.2 (R2009b).

The ability to incorporate the standard Simulink blocks in the Simscape library is not available in Simscape 3.2 (R2009b).

To work around this issue, implement these blocks using the Simscape Language.
