MATLAB: Do I receive an error while trying to boot a target using the DOS Loader Mode in xPC Target 4.2 (R2009b)

I am trying to load my target using the DOS Loader Mode through the xPC Target Explorer in xPC Target 4.2 (R2009b).
However, I receive the following error message.
 MATLAB:dispatcher:loadLibrary Can't load 'C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2009b\bin\win32\rtw_core.dll': The specified procedure could not be found.
 Warning: Error occurred while evaluating listener callback.

This error is typically observed when Simulink 7.4 (R2009b) is not installed along with xPC Target 4.2 (R2009b) and Real-Time Workshop 7.4 (R2009b).
xPC Target 4.2 (R2009b) requires Real-Time Workshop 7.4 (R2009b) which in turn requires Simulink 7.4 (R2009b) to be installed. Ensure that all the three products belong to the same release as well.
