MATLAB: Am I unable to build any Simulink models in Real-Time Workshop 6.6 (R2007a)

Question

When I generate code (Ctrl+B) from any demos like vdp.mdl or rtwdemo_f14.mdl, I get the following error message:

To resolve the issue, map the UNC path to a network drive.
