[Tex/LaTex] \sc not printed

I'm using the \sc command as {\sc Tight} but I can't see (on the monitor and when printed) it in acrobat reader but only with okular. Do you know why?

As Martin said in the comments, you shouldn't really use \sc any more. Use one of \textsc{foo} or {\scshape foo}. If this doesn't work, perhaps you need to specify a font encoding to make it work. If you're using a non-standard font, it might be that you need to add \usepackage[T1]{fontenc} or the like to your preamble.

Without some more information on what font you're using, whether you're using LaTeX, XeTeX or what have you, we can't really help you further.

This is a duplicate of \includegraphics{} color problem. A solution for your special case can be found in the comment by Martin Scharrer (so credits should go to him).
In the document you made available via Dropbox, you have the line

\usepackage{xcolor}

You need to change it to

\usepackage[cmyk]{xcolor}

If that gives an option clash, you can instead use

\PassOptionsToPackage{cmyk}{xcolor}

As pointed out by egreg, the \PassOptionsToPackage route is for the cases when xcolor is loaded by the class or some package and the command should go before \documentclass{beamer}

I solved a similar problem by generating a PDF 1.4 only with pdflatex using \pdfminorversion=4. I'm also only using png's and 1.4 pdf images in my latex document. It worked before with evince but now acroread also reads the file just fine and I preserve the same quality level. The ghostscript workaround resampled my images to jpeg which derogated the quality.
